West Coast IPAと聞いて、想像する味とは、ちょっと違う感じ。
正直、あんまりIPAっぽくないような。
フローラルな香りが感じられ、ハーブっぽい香りも。
それから、麦のような香ばしい風味。
温度が上がってくると、ライム、グレープフルーツのような風味が強くなる。
ドライでサッパリとした後味。
なんだか不思議なビール。

It has a floral and herbal aroma, and a barley-like flavor.
Then there’s a savory barley flavor.
As the temperature rises, the lime and grapefruit flavors become stronger.
Dry and crisp finish.
A somewhat strange beer.
