IPA。
ホップは、シトラ、モザイクを使用。
ベリー、青リンゴ、白ブドウのような風味。
それからメロン。
グレープフルーツなどの柑橘も少し。
草や木材のような風味がほどよく。
フローラルな感じも。
甘やかで、フルーティー。
後味はスッキリとした感じ。
ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
美味しいのだけど、風味豊かで華やかな分、途中で飲み飽きてしまう。
アルコール度数6.8% IBU?

Hops used: Citra and Mosaic.
Flavors reminiscent of berries, green apples, and white grapes.
Then melon.
A hint of citrus, like grapefruit.
Just the right amount of grassy and woody notes.
There’s also a floral quality.
Sweet and fruity.
The finish is crisp and clean.
The body is perhaps a bit on the heavy side.
It’s delicious, but because it’s so flavorful and vibrant, I find myself getting a bit tired of it partway through.
