West Coast Pilsner。
ホップは、ネルソン、モザイクなど使用。
白ブドウ、ベリー、桃、ライチなどのトロピカルフルーツ。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘も。
甘やかで、フルーティー。
ボディは、ミディアムかなぁ。
ピルスナーというものの、ホップがかなり効いているのでセッションIPA的な感じ。
ビール自体は、ドライでスッキリ。
飲み飽きない感じで、良い。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
West Coast Pilsner.
Hops include Nelson and Mosaic.
Aromas of white grapes, berries, peaches, lychee, and other tropical fruits.
Citrus notes like grapefruit and lime as well.
Sweet and fruity.
The body is medium, I’d say.
Although it’s a Pilsner, the hops really come through, giving it a session IPA-like character.
The beer itself is dry and crisp.
It’s the kind of beer you never get tired of drinking—it’s great.
