志賀高原ビール Center of the Universe IPA 2.01
IPA。
ホップは、カスケード、ネルソンソーヴィンなど使用。
オレンジ、白ブドウ、ベリーなどの風味。
草っぽい感じや、ハーブのような風味が強め。
後味に、メロンなどの瓜っぽい風味がしっかりと感じられる。
口当たりは、柔らかく滑らか。
甘やかな感じがあり、フルーティー。
苦味は、ほどよく。
ボディは、ミディアムよりは少し重めくらい。
粉っぽい感じがあって、飲んでいてちょっと気になる。
美味しいのだけど、独特の風味が強いので、好みは分かれそう。
