ホップは、Mosaic、Nelson Sauvin、Simcoe、Strata、Cryo Mosaic、Cryo Simcoeを使用。
ベリー、桃、メロン、トロピカルフルーツのような風味。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツなどの風味も。
瓜っぽい独特の風味が、強い感じがする。
それから、草っぽい風味や、ハーブのような風味がしっかりと。
苦みは、ほどよく。
少し甘く、ジューシー。
ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
後味は意外とサッパリとしていて、飲みやすい。
瓜、草、ハーブなど独特の風味があるので、好みが分かれるかも。
アルコール度数8.5% IBU?
