Gigantic、Hair of the Dog、志賀高原ビールのコラボビール。
ストロングエールでいいのかな。
ジュニパーベリー、ハーブ、山椒などを使ったビール。
更に酒樽で、熟成しているそう。
オレンジや、ベリーのような風味が感じられる。
ジン独特のハーブのような風味がしっかりと。
それから、木材を思わせるスパイシーな風味も。
ほのかに甘い感じはありつつも、ドライなビール。
アルコール度数が高く、ボディは重め。
炭酸が抑えめなのは、好印象。
かなり個性的なビールなので、好みは分かれるかも。
私は、これ好きね。
