奈良醸造 Nothing Special（2023）
スコッチエール。
これは、良いビール。
なんとなくリンゴを思わせるフルーティーで、甘い風味。
キャラメルのような甘い風味もしっかりと。
ボディはミディアムよりは少し重めかな。
炭酸弱めなのは好印象。
甘味はほとんどなく、思ったよりもドライ。
口当たりは柔らかく、抵抗なく、口内に滑り込む。
アルコール度数6% IBU19

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
Scotch Ale.
This is a good beer.
Fruity, sweet flavor, somewhat reminiscent of apples.
Also a good caramel-like sweet flavor.
Body is a little heavier than medium.
I like the low carbonation.
Almost no sweetness, drier than expected.
The mouthfeel is soft and slides into the palate without resistance.
