伊勢角屋麦酒 Citra Freak Double IPA
アメリカンスタイル・インペリアルIPAとのこと。
要はウエストコーストIPAみたいなんだけど、ヘイジー寄りの印象。
ホップは、シトラを使用。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツのような風味が目立ち、それからトロピカルフルーツのような風味も。
木材を思わせるスパイシーな感じも、少々。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
苦味はしっかりと。
やや重めのボディながら、アルコール度数も気にならず飲みやすい。
これは美味しいなぁ。

In short, it’s like a West Coast IPA, but a little more hazy.
Citra is used for the hops.
The flavors of orange and grapefruit are prominent.
Then there’s a hint of tropical fruit.
A little spicy, like wood.
Slightly sweet and juicy.
Bitterness is strong.
The body is a little heavy, but the alcohol level is not a problem and it is easy to drink.
This is delicious.
