箕面ビール Kizaru Hazy IPA
Hazy IPA。
Yellow Ape Craftさんとのコラボビールとのこと。
ホップは、Citra、Idaho 7、Simcoeを使用。
飲んでみると、メロン、スイカを連想させる青々とした瓜っぽい風味が目立つ。
柑橘やトロピカルフルーツ、それから草っぽい風味も。
なんとなく甘酒のような風味も感じられる。
グラスに顔を近づけると、ほのかに醤油っぽい香りがするのは、何でだろう。
少し甘い感じがあり、ジューシー。
ボディは、やや重め。
口当たりは柔らかく、とても滑らか。
とても美味しいのだけど、独特の風味があるので、好みが分かれるかも。

I can also detect a vaguely sweet liquor-like flavor.
Then there’s a grassy feeling.
I wonder why there is a soy sauce-like aroma.
It is a little sweet and juicy.
The body is a little heavy.
The mouthfeel is soft and very smooth.
It is very tasty, but it has a unique flavor that may divide people’s tastes.
