インペリアルIPA。
ホップは、シムコー、カスケードを使用。
オレンジやグレープフルーツのような風味が感じられる。
キャンディーを思わせる甘い風味も少々。
それから、フローラルな感じやハーブっぽい風味も。
麦の風味も感じられ、やや重めのボディ。
ほのかに甘い感じがあるものの、苦味はしっかり。
飲みごたえも十分。
とても美味しいのだけど、クラシックな感じのするIPA。
アルコール度数8% IBU?

Imperial IPA.
Hops are Simcoe and Cascade.
Orange and grapefruit flavors are evident.
There is also a bit of sweetness reminiscent of candy.
Then there are floral and herbal flavors.
It’s a little heavy bodied with a hint of wheat.
There is a hint of sweetness, but the bitterness is strong.
It’s also very drinkable.
This is a very tasty but classic IPA.
