Levante Glaze By the Pound
Milkshake IPAとのこと。
缶には、Lemon Pound Cake IPAとの記載。
ホップは、モザイク、エルドラド、アマリロ、カスケードを使用。
原料に、レモン、バニラ、ラクトースを使用。
香りは、柑橘というかレモンのような香りが、かなり強い。
爽やかで、とても良い香り。
口に含むと、バニラの風味。
甘い感じがあり、まるで、レモン風味のケーキやレモン風味のミルクキャンディーを飲んでいるかのような印象。
ジューシーで、口当たりが良い。
度数が高いけど、少し甘いせいかスルスル飲める。
香りから想像する味と、実際に体感する味との間に、いい意味でのギャップがあって、とても楽しい。
後半、若干飽きるけど、美味しいなぁ。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

In the mouth, it has a vanilla flavor.
Sweet, as if drinking a lemon-flavored cake or lemon-flavored milk candy.
Juicy and palatable.
Although it has a high alcohol content, it is easy to drink because it is a little sweet.
There is a good gap between the taste you can imagine from the aroma and the taste you actually experience, and it is very fun.
I’m a little tired in the second half, but it’s delicious.
