TDM 1874 Cyclical Cynicism
ウエストコーストIPA。
グレープフルーツ、ライムなどの柑橘。
ベリー、トロピカルフルーツ、桃のような風味も。
草っぽい風味が、強め。
苦味は、ほど良く。
甘やかで、フルーティー。
雑味少なく、スッキリとした後味。
ボディはやや重めかなぁ。
全体的なバランス良く、とても良いビールだと思う。
ただキレイにまとまり過ぎていて、なんだか物足りない感じがする。
アルコール度数6.6% IBU55

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。
West Coast IPA.
Citrus notes like grapefruit and lime.
Also hints of berries, tropical fruits, and peach.
The grassy notes are quite pronounced.
The bitterness is just right.
Sweet and fruity.
Clean finish with minimal off-flavors.
The body is perhaps a bit on the heavy side.
Overall, it’s well-balanced and I think it’s a very good beer.
However, it’s a bit too polished, leaving me feeling like something is missing.
