8 bit Brewing　Dark Forces
DDH Hazy DIPA。
ホップは、ギャラクシー、シトラ、アイダホ7を使用。
オレンジ、グレープフルーツなどの柑橘。
ベリー、桃、トロピカルフルーツのような風味も。
フローラルな風味や、少し草っぽい風味も感じられる。
甘やかな感じがあり、ジューシー。
口当たりは柔らかく、とても滑らか。
苦みもしっかりめで、後味はドライ。
ボディは、やや重めかなぁ。
ただアルコール度数9%のわりに、飲みやすい。
これは、美味しいね。

間違っているところや変なところもあるとは思うけれど、今は、これが精一杯。

DDH Hazy DIPA.

Citrus notes like orange and grapefruit.
Flavors reminiscent of berries, peaches, and tropical fruits.
Floral notes and a slight grassy flavor are also detectable.
It has a sweet, juicy character.
The mouthfeel is soft and very smooth.
The bitterness is pronounced, and the finish is dry.
The body is perhaps a bit on the heavy side.
However, it’s surprisingly easy to drink for a 9% ABV beer.
This is delicious.
